A hole 6 and a liquid storage member 4 provided opposite to the ejection hole 6 are provided. Air outside the container is entrained in the jet of the liquid hair dye A ejected from the ejection hole 6 toward the liquid storage member 4, A foam hair dye is formed in the storage member 4.
