Metal layer laminated film |
abstract |
(57) [Problem] To provide a metal layer laminated film having a metal conductor layer having high adhesion strength. SOLUTION: At least one surface of a polyimide film is provided with a metal vapor deposition layer, and a conductive metal layer is laminated on the metal vapor deposition layer, and is an integrated metal layer laminated film when the conductive metal layer is peeled off. A metal layer laminated film in which the ratio of the peak due to the benzene nucleus at the peel interface on the metal side to the C = CC and C = CN peaks is 1.5 or more. |
