(57) [Summary]nThe present invention provides antibody-toxic partial conjugates, which are expressed only on T cells, molecules expressed on the surface of T cells (and which, upon T cell activation, (Transiently expressed on cells). Preferably, the T cell molecule is CTLA4. The present invention further provides anti-CTLA4 antibodies and humanized forms thereof. By using these antibodies, activation of T cells can be modulated, thereby modulating the immune response. |
