How to use TT virus |
abstract |
(57) [Summary]nThe present invention relates to nucleic acid oligomer primers or probes useful for detecting TTV in a test sample. Assays utilizing these primers and probes, as well as test kits containing these oligomer primers and / or probes are also obtained. In addition, the present invention includes the use of TTV nucleotide sequences as nucleic acid vectors and markers for transmission between individuals and for identifying the route of transmission. Further, the invention includes a method for detecting TTV infection prior to xenotransplantation of a tissue or organ. |
