The present invention is generally a muscarinic M2 / M3 receptor antagonist, wherein one of the formula (I) (wherein one of X, Y or Z is independently -S-, —O— or> N—R 4 , the others are —CH 2 —; (p) is an integer from 0 to 3; m is an integer from 0 to 3; R 3 is (C 1-6 ) alkyl, (C 1-6 ) alkenyl, (C 1-6 ) alkynyl or cycloalkyl; and R 1 , R 2 and R 3 is hydrogen or a specific substituent). These compounds are useful for the treatment of diseases associated with smooth muscle disorders. |
