Provided is a dialysate supply device capable of quickly detecting mixing of a liquid downstream of a liquid upstream of a valve means in a sub-line connected to a main line while maintaining work efficiency. A main line (L1) extending from a water supply source (2) for supplying a dialysate prepared by mixing supplied water and an undiluted dialysate to a dialyzer (16), and a terminal merging with the main line (L1). A sub-line L2 to L5 capable of introducing a liquid into the main line L1, and an electromagnetic valve V1 arranged in the middle of the sub-line and capable of permitting or blocking the flow of a predetermined liquid from the sub-line to the main line L1. In the dialysis fluid supply device provided with V4 to V4, conductivity detection means 18 to 21 for detecting the conductivity of the liquid in the sub-line are provided upstream of the electromagnetic valve in the sub-line.
