| abstract | The present invention provides a watercolor painting kit having a storage configuration for facilitating storage and storing various painting tools in a prepared manner. A kit for watercolor painting having a central body, a pallet removably engageable with the central body, and various paint brushes. The central body has a plurality of water supply chambers therein. The palette includes a color supply that carries blocks of various colors. The color blocks are housed in receiving members that snap fit into openings in the pallet. The receiving member has an extension to facilitate removal and insertion of the receiving member. In the working configuration, a guide located on the pallet engages a slit on the central body to connect the pallet to the central body. In the storage configuration, the pallets are removed from the central body and stored on the water supply chamber. In a multi-user embodiment, the kit includes a plurality of pallets engaged with the central body. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
