abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a system capable of comprehensively managing image information and gene information obtained by various gene expression experiments and extracting knowledge without omission. A master library producing step is a step of producing gene clones arranged in a multiwell plate, and produces a collection of genes expressed in a specific tissue. The sequence determination step is a step of reading the nucleic acid sequence of the gene clone created in the master library creation step. In the sequence analysis step, analysis is performed based on the nucleic acid sequence information read in the sequence determination step. In the hybridization step, an in situ hybridization experiment is performed to examine the expression status of the gene corresponding to the gene clone in specific cells, tissues, and organs.
