abstract | An object of the present invention is to improve lubrication performance (abrasion resistance and seizure resistance) while satisfying required rotational accuracy and acoustic characteristics in a miniature bearing, a small-diameter bearing, and the like. A raceway groove (2a) of an inner race (2) and a raceway groove (3a) of an outer race (3) are super-finished using a processing oil containing a sulfur compound. As a result, an oxide film containing sulfur (S) and having a higher sulfur content than the material forming the raceway groove is formed on the raceway grooves 2a and 3a.
