abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a novel bearing structure in which a decrease in vibration damping rate due to a temperature of a vibration damping member is suppressed, and vibration and noise are reduced. A bearing structure including a bearing, a bearing support, and a rotating body of the present invention is provided with a vibration damping member between the bearing support or the rotating body and the bearing. A low thermal conductive member P of a material having a thermal conductivity lower than that of steel is interposed between the vibration damping member and the bearing. In addition, the damping member may be provided with a heat radiating member, or may be provided with a separating member for separating the damping member from high-temperature oil.
