abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a new biodegradable resin composition which does not impair the biodegradability of a lactic acid-based resin and has improved impact resistance and heat resistance of the lactic acid-based resin. (1) An lactic acid-based resin; (2) An aliphatic polyester (excluding lactic acid-based resin) having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0 ° C. or less and a heat of crystal fusion (ΔHm) of 50 J / g or more. ), (3) aliphatic polyester (excluding lactic acid-based resin) having Tg of 0 ° C. or less and ΔHm of 30 J / g or less, and (4) inorganic filler having an average particle size of 1 to 5 μm. A biodegradable resin composition is proposed.
