PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional chewing gum composition having an effect of improving obesity and blood lipid. In particular, a functional chewing gum composition having not only an effect of reducing body weight and body fat percentage but also an effect of improving blood lipid is provided. The present invention is a chewing gum composition comprising 0.1-15% by weight of levan having a molecular weight of 300,000-500,000, 50-89% by weight of sugars, and 10-40% by weight of gum base.
