titleOfInvention Disposable steaming container
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a disposable steaming container which can be reheated to a delicious state of steamed dim sum cooking. SOLUTION: A dim sum container 1 which is a disposable steaming container has a middle dish 3 on which a dim sum dish 6 is placed horizontally at a predetermined height position in a cup-shaped container body 2, and the middle dish 3 On the lower side, a water absorbent paper 5 containing water is arranged. When reheated in a microwave oven or the like, the water-absorbing paper 5 is heated to generate water vapor, and enters the upper side of the middle plate 3 through the gap 7 formed between the inner plate 3 and the inner peripheral surface of the container body. 6 is warmed while being steamed. Excess water vapor is released to the outside from the steam vent groove 8 and the steam valve 9, so that no adverse effects such as deformation of the container or stickiness of the dim sum cooking occur.
