abstract 【Task】 To provide a gene expression analysis means having high completeness and reproducibility. [Solution] A microbead having DNA immobilized thereon is provided by a method comprising the following steps. (1) a step of fragmenting DNA derived from a sample; (2) a step of size-fractionating fragmented DNA; (3) linking the size-fractionated DNA fragment to a tag vector to produce a tag library; and (4) preparing a DNA to which a tag sequence is bound from the tag library and binding it to microbeads. A gene expression analysis method using the microbeads is also provided.
