abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize broadband transmission without causing various problems such as lack of space in a vehicle, increase in vehicle weight, limitation of design, etc. by using for connection of various in-vehicle devices constituting an in-vehicle network, for example. In addition, a transmission line with low signal loss during transmission and an in-vehicle system using the transmission line are provided. A conductive film 32 made of metal such as aluminum is formed on a surface of a linear dielectric 31 using a dielectric material such as polyimide by a vapor deposition method such as vacuum vapor deposition or sputtering. The formed linear dielectric 31 is covered with a conductive covering material 33 wound with a conductive thin film tape such as aluminum, and further covered with a covering material 34 such as a metal braid and an insulator.
