abstract Provided is a waste drying control method capable of operating a dryer efficiently by performing a wide range of ignition prevention control based on the relationship between oxygen concentration and internal temperature. SOLUTION: A waste drying control method for drying waste put in a dryer 2 in the dryer 2, and a range in which no ignition occurs in the dryer 2 is performed in the dryer by a hot air temperature sensor 81. And the oxygen concentration by the oxygen concentration sensor 82 are set in advance, and the inside of the dryer 2 is extinguished when the temperature does not ignite by cascade control of the temperature and the oxygen concentration. When the outlet temperature sensor 83 causes the outlet temperature of the dryer to become a predetermined temperature or higher, or when the flame detection sensor 84 detects a flame in the dryer, the inside of the dryer 2 is extinguished.
