titleOfInvention | Chrome-free surface treatment agent and surface treatment metal material |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a chromium-free metal surface treatment agent that is applied to various metals and has excellent adhesion to a material and paint adhesion, and exhibits excellent corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: A film having extremely excellent adhesion to a material and corrosion resistance can be formed by blending a specific proportion of a boron compound with an aluminum salt. Further, a salt other than aluminum, or a colloid (sol) or powder of an SiO 2 , SnO 2 , Fe 2 O 3 , Fe 3 O 4 , MgO, Al 2 O 3 , ZrO 2 and Sb 2 O 5 , or an oxidizing agent Alternatively, the corrosion resistance and paint adhesion can be further improved by blending a phosphorus compound, a resin or a precursor thereof.
