abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray generator capable of reducing X-rays passing through an aperture hole of an aperture. In an X-ray tube as an X-ray generator, a part of an electron beam B generated from a cathode 11 collides with a target 12 through an aperture 13 of the aperture 14, but the rest collides with the aperture 14. . The electron beam B spreads while the electron beam B passes through the aperture 13. Accordingly, the aperture 14 is configured so that the inner surface of the aperture 13 extends from the surface 21 on the cathode 11 side to the surface 25 on the target 12 side so as to expand to the angle θ 2 that is equal to or larger than the angle θ 1 described above. It is possible to prevent a part of the electron beam B spreading through the hole 13 from colliding with the inner surface of the aperture hole 13. As a result, X-rays passing through the aperture 13 of the aperture 14 can be reduced. [Selection] Figure 2
