An apparatus for producing a polymer fiber shell from a liquefied polymer is provided. The apparatus is a deposition electrode for generating a polymer fiber shell on (a), and (b) a dispenser that is at a first potential relative to the deposition electrode and generates an electric field between the deposition electrode and the dispenser, (I) providing a liquefied polymer charged by charging the liquefied polymer; and (ii) a dispenser for distributing the charged liquefied polymer in the direction of the deposition electrode; and (c) a second potential with respect to the deposition electrode. An auxiliary electrode is provided with an auxiliary electrode for changing the electric field between the deposition electrode and the dispenser. |
