| abstract |
A display device with excellent display quality is provided. A display device includes a phosphor screen 6 and a metal back layer 7 provided so as to overlap the phosphor screen. The phosphor screen 6 has a light shielding part including a plurality of openings 23 and a phosphor layer 30 formed on the light shielding part. The metal back layer 7 has a divided portion 7b and a plurality of divided portions 7a divided into a plurality of regions by the divided portions. The dividing portion 7b is provided on the light shielding portion via the phosphor layer 30. The electric resistance value between the divided portions 7 a provided across the dividing portion 7 b is in the range of 10 2 Ω to 10 5 Ω through the phosphor layer 30. [Selection] Figure 4 |
