titleOfInvention Method for producing a faucet manufactured as an injection molded part of synthetic material for transport and storage containers made of synthetic material or metal for liquid
abstract An injection molded part constituting a plug housing having a cap nut for screwing a plug housing on an outflow pipe of a liquid container having an external screw and having an inflow pipe held on the cap nut so as not to fall off. Develop an inexpensive manufacturing method for water intake taps. A method of manufacturing a water intake tap for a container made of a synthetic material or metal manufactured by injection molding, wherein the first method is a first step, in which a cap nut is screwed onto an outflow pipe of a liquid container. Is manufactured in a first injection mold and then loaded in a second injection mold, and then in a second step, the plug housing is in the second injection mold and the inlet pipe of the plug housing is connected to the ring shoulder. The through hole and the screw hole of the cap nut are pierced with play, and the flange of the inflow pipe of the plug housing is manufactured in the cap nut. The second method is a first method step in which the plug housing and the inflow pipe are welded as separate parts and then welded. [Selection] Figure 1
