titleOfInvention Nucleic acid substance introduction device using fine needle-like substance
abstract A nucleic acid substance introduction technique using a fine needle-like substance allows introduction of a nucleic acid substance without any special treatment on the cells, and thus it has been difficult to introduce the nucleic acid substance by other methods. It is also possible to introduce nucleic acid substances to the above. However, it is difficult to achieve sufficient introduction efficiency with conventional nucleic acid substance introduction techniques using fine needle-like substances. A nucleic acid substance, a fine needle-like substance and a mixture of cells are applied to the surface of a plate culture substrate, and then the surface of the plate culture substrate is rubbed while applying a force having a constant magnitude in a certain direction. Thus, it is possible to obtain a sufficient nucleic acid substance introduction efficiency. [Selection] Figure 1
