titleOfInvention Device for detecting volatile components using gas-liquid separation membrane
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: Since a conventional gas-liquid separation device uses a porous membrane or tube, clogging occurs in the pores, the gas permeation function is lowered, and time and labor required for reactivation are required. It is not a satisfactory analytical tool. A first flow for flowing a liquid containing a volatile component, and a gas-liquid separation membrane made of an amorphous fluorine-containing polymer membrane that is substantially impervious to the liquid and is amorphous. A gas-liquid separation part for bringing the first flow into contact with one side and allowing the volatile component to permeate the other side of the membrane; and contacting the other side of the membrane to dissolve the volatile component There is provided a device for detecting a volatile component in a liquid, comprising: a second flow comprising a liquid; and a detector for guiding the second flow to detect the volatile component.
