Mice, novel and unobvious compounds that function alone and / or in combination as nuclear hormone receptors for the stimulation and / or improvement of mammalian skin. Specifically, β-ionol analogs and fatty acid analog compounds that function as RXR, RAR, and / or PPAR receptor ligands, are thought to help differentiate the skin and suppress excessive skin growth. The invention further relates to one or more products (consumer products and others) comprising the novel nuclear hormone receptor ligands disclosed herein. The present invention is further intended to include methods of using both the compounds of the present invention and products incorporating the compounds. |
