The present invention relates to novel sequences for use in the detection, diagnosis and treatment of cancer, particularly lymphoma. The present invention provides cancer associated (CA) polynucleotide sequences whose expression is dysregulated in cancer tissue. The present invention provides CA polypeptides related to cancer, and provides cancer diagnostic compositions and detection methods. The present invention provides monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies specific for CA polypeptides. The present invention also provides cancer diagnostic tools and therapeutic compositions and screening, prevention and treatment methods. |
