PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low specific gravity reactive hot melt adhesive having improved flexibility while maintaining the adhesiveness and heat resistance of a conventional reactive hot melt adhesive. A reactive hot-melt adhesive comprising a moisture-curing isocyanate-terminated urethane prepolymer and a hollow filler, particularly an organic hollow filler in which the hollow filler has a vinyl monomer having a specific functional group as an essential constituent unit of the shell polymer.
