A α B 1-x B ' x O 3-δ (Formula 1) (Here, A represents one element or a combination of two elements substantially selected from Ba and Sr, and B substantially represents one element or two elements selected from Fe and Co. Represents a combination of elements, B ′ substantially represents one or a combination of two or more elements selected from Nb, Ta, and Ti, α is 0.95 or more and 1.05 or less, x is 0.05 or more (It is 0.3 or less, and δ is a value determined so as to satisfy the charge neutrality condition.)
