PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for a powder coating excellent in basic properties of the coating such as gloss and surface smoothness of the coating after baking and curing when used as a powder coating. SOLUTION: Styrene monomer (a), (meth) acrylic acid ester monomer (b), and styrene / acryl resin (A) having other monomer (c) as a constituent unit if necessary, and ethylenically unsaturated A resin composition for powder coatings is used, which comprises a reactive diluent (B) having a group.
