titleOfInvention | Anti-inflammatory phosphonate compound |
abstract | The invention includes not only phosphorus-substituted kinase anti-inflammatory compounds, compositions containing such compounds, and methods of treatment (which include administering such compounds), but also such compounds. It relates to processes and intermediates useful for the preparation. The present invention provides novel phosphonate-containing analogs of anti-inflammatory compounds. These compounds have the utility of related anti-inflammatory compounds, but because of the presence of phosphonate groups, they typically provide cellular accumulation of their analogs. |
