abstract An apparatus is provided for use in managing the quality of an object by monitoring the state of a time temperature index (TTI) corresponding to the object while a perishable object travels on its supply line. . The apparatus includes a sensing assembly for detecting a response of the TTI to a predetermined stimulus and generating a measurement data indicative of the TTI status, whereby the TTI, and thus the TTI, is attached and calibrated corrosion. This makes it possible to measure the remaining shelf life of easy-to-use products.
