PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To induce a desired physiological state by changing the amount of a gene product in a target cell of an object. The target cell is at least one compound designed to reduce expression of at least one first gene by RNAi, and at least one compound designed to enhance expression from at least one second gene It is processed by. Reduced expression of the first gene in the target fat and enhanced expression from the second gene induces a desired physiological condition in the subject.
