An amine compound having the formula represented below is disclosed. This compound can be prepared as a pharmaceutical composition and for the prevention and treatment of various conditions in mammals (including humans) including but not limited to pain, inflammation, traumatic wounds, etc. Can be used. Also provided are pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates or prodrugs thereof of this amine compound; and stereoisomers and tautomers thereof. Also provided is a pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and a pharmaceutically effective amount of a compound of the invention. |
