PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a make-up cosmetic material in which usability, safety and stability are remarkably improved while ensuring sufficient antiseptic properties. SOLUTION: By blending one or more selected from diethylene glycol monoether and triethylene glycol monoether represented by general formula (1), it has a sufficient antiseptic effect even when blended with powder. However, makeup cosmetics with low skin irritation, no problems such as crystal precipitation after molding, no problems such as aggregation and discoloration, and significantly improved usability, safety and stability.
