Surface roughness measured by a stylus-type surface roughness meter on the film surface, which is a polyimide film and has a heat shrinkage at 200 ° C. of 0.05% or less in both the machine conveyance direction (MD) and the width direction (TD). A highly adhesive polyimide film having a surface roughness Ra of 0.065 μm or more, an Rmax of 1.0 μm or more, a static friction coefficient of 1.0 or less, and a surface free energy measured based on a contact angle method of 80 mN / m or more.
