abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a decorative board rich in three-dimensional effect and having a good decorative property by a method for producing a chamfered decorative board suitable for use as a decorative board for floors of buildings. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin-impregnated colored paper 3 in which a synthetic resin is impregnated with a kraft paper having a thickness of 0.3 mm to 0.6 mm is placed on the surface of a wooden substrate 1 with an adhesive 2 and bonded thereon. A wood decorative veneer 5 of 0.2 mm or more having the same or similar color tone as that of the synthetic resin impregnated colored paper 3 is placed on the synthetic resin-impregnated colored paper 3 to form a laminate, and this laminate is heated and pressurized. After being bonded and integrated, cut into a predetermined product shape, and then chamfering the side edge so that the depth is 0.5 mm or more and does not reach the inside of the wooden substrate 1, The entire surface including this chamfered surface is painted with a transparent paint.
