abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the solubility of calcium in the presence of phosphate under neutral conditions by adding it to foods and beverages, improve the absorption efficiency, and improve the intake of calcium. Provided is a calcium-enriched liquid sugar that enables easy production of a beverage. SOLUTION: A liquid sugar containing fructose or sugar alcohol containing 400 ppm or more of calcium salt, and when the liquid sugar is diluted to a calcium concentration of 80 ppm or more, the diluted solution has a calcium solubilizing action. Liquid sugar. The calcium-enriched liquid sugar containing one or more substances selected from the group consisting of phosphorylated saccharide, casein phosphopeptide, and organic acid.
