abstract An object of the present invention is to effectively recover the thermal energy of seal water recovered in a seal water recovery tank to improve the efficiency of power generation equipment. A seal water collection tank is connected to a water supply tank by a seal water passage, and a seal stored in the seal water recovery tank is driven by driving a seal water recovery pump with a flow regulating valve being opened.
