titleOfInvention | Resin composition for mold, binder for mold, and method for producing mold |
abstract | The content of aldehydes in a resin composition containing a benzylic ether type phenolic resin or furan resin is reduced, and when a mold is molded using the resin composition, aldehydes are generated from the mold. A resin composition for a mold that can reduce odor is provided. Furthermore, when the mold is formed using the resin composition for molds, the hot strength of the mold is not greatly reduced to cause practical problems, and preferably the hot strength of the mold is improved. A resin composition that can be used is provided. A template obtained by blending a benzylic ether type phenol resin or furan resin and one or more urea compounds selected from the group consisting of alkylene urea, alkyl urea, cycloalkyl urea and aryl urea. Resin composition. [Selection figure] None |
