titleOfInvention | Polymerized toner for electrophotography |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic polymerization toner excellent in both environmental safety and fluidity. An electrophotographic polymerization toner containing a charge control agent, wherein (1) the toner has (a) a total residual polymerizable monomer of less than 70 ppm, and (b) a fluidity of 55. (C) the residual metal ion content is 170 ppm or less, (d) the melt viscosity at 120 ° C. is from 10,000 poise (1000 Pa · s) to 80,000 poise (8000 Pa · s), and (E) a substantially spherical shape having a layer structure comprising a core material and a shell material having a glass transition point higher than that of the core material covering the core material, and (2) the charge control agent being a charge control resin. Polymerization toner for electrophotography. [Selection figure] None |
