titleOfInvention | Chip on film |
abstract | A chip-on film having high dimensional stability and appropriate elastic modulus, excellent slipperiness and bendability, and adaptable to an automatic optical inspection system (AOI) is provided. A chip-on film in which wiring 2 is formed on at least one surface of a polyimide film 1 so that an IC chip can be mounted. The polyimide film includes paraphenylenediamine and 4,4 ′ as a diamine component. -Diaminodiphenyl ether is mainly composed of pyromellitic dianhydride as the acid dianhydride component, and the polyimide film has an average particle diameter of 0.01 to 1.5 μm. Inorganic particles having a particle size distribution of 0.05 to 0.7 μm and particles having a particle diameter of 0.15 to 0.60 μm account for 80% by volume or more of the total particles are 0.000 per film resin weight. It is dispersed and contained at a ratio of 1 to 0.9% by weight. [Selection] Figure 1 |
