titleOfInvention | Rolling bearing |
abstract | A rolling bearing capable of meeting the high level requirements of low dust generation and low outgas. In this ball bearing, the adsorbent coatings 22 and 27 formed on the outer circumferential surfaces 1B and 1C of the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2 are formed in a space surrounded by the inner ring 1, the outer ring 2 and the seal portions 5 and 6. Adsorbent coatings 18 and 23 formed on the inner peripheral surfaces 2B and 2C, and adsorbent coatings 18 and 23 formed on the inner surfaces of the seal portions 5 and 6, and an adsorption formed on the non-holding surface of the cage 7. Material coatings 30, 31 are arranged. By these adsorbent coatings 18 to 31, it is possible to adsorb outgas caused by evaporation of wear powder and lubricant generated from the inner ring 1, the outer ring 2, the balls 3, the cage 7, the seal portions 5 and 6, and the like.
