The present invention relates to compounds of formula I, wherein L, X, Y, Z, R 1 , R 2 , R 3 and R 4 are defined herein. The present invention also provides a method of using this compound for the inhibition of kinases, more specifically ALK kinase. The present invention provides a method of modulating protein kinase enzyme activity to modulate cellular activity (eg, proliferation, differentiation, programmed cell death, migration and chemoinvasion). The compounds of the present invention inhibit, regulate and / or modulate kinase receptor signaling pathways associated with changes in cellular activity as described above. The invention then includes compositions comprising these compounds and methods of using them to treat kinase-dependent diseases and conditions. |
