The present invention provides novel compounds having histamine-H3 receptor antagonist or inverse agonist activity. In particular, the present invention provides compounds of formula I or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds, methods of treatment using these compounds and compositions, and intermediates and these compounds.
