A method and apparatus for catalytic conversion of solid particle groups, drying, other treatments or fluids. A fluid is tangentially injected (7) into a cylindrical chamber in a cylindrical reactor (1) with respect to a cylindrical wall. The cylindrical reactor (1) is divided into a plurality of cylindrical chambers (Z1, Z2, Z3) by a hollow disc (3). The hollow disc is fixed to the cylindrical wall and has a central opening (10). Circulating fluid rotating in the cylindrical chamber is aspirated through the central opening. The fluid is discharged through the cylindrical wall of the reactor through the side openings of the hollow disc. Suspended particles in the rotating fluidized bed are transferred from one cylindrical chamber to another cylindrical chamber through a hollow disc (3). |
