abstract A high-pressure nozzle having a fine structure having a built-in filter function for a high-pressure atomizer for spraying medical fluid is provided. The present invention relates to a microstructure nozzle including a plurality of channels generated by microstructuring of a plate-like body. The nozzle channels are arranged between the protrusions arranged in rows adjacent to each other and protruding from the substrate. This fine structure substrate is covered with a cover plate. The channel is formed within a narrow boundary according to shape, cross-sectional area, and length. The nozzle houses the filter as a primary structure, and the secondary structure is arranged downstream from the filter. The nozzle is used, for example, with an inhaler to allow the aerosol to be generated from a liquid containing the drug. [Selection] Figure 1
