Disclosed is a polybutadiene having an aromatic organic sulfur compound bonded to a polymer chain in a molecular unit, having a reduced polymer region, a narrow molecular weight distribution, and simultaneously improving processability and physical properties. In a non-polar solvent and a specific catalyst, 1,3-butadiene or a butadiene derivative is polymerized to produce 1,4-cis polybutadiene, and the polybutadiene reacts with an aromatic or organic sulfur compound. The present invention relates to 1,4-cis polybutadiene in which an aromatic organic sulfur compound is bonded to a polybutadiene main chain. The aromatic organic sulfur compound produced from the above is bonded to the polybutadiene chain, has no ultra-high molecular area, and has a very narrow molecular weight distribution.
