abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing an antireflection film excellent in chemical resistance and adhesion after wet heat treatment such as under high temperature and high humidity, and scratch resistance. A method for producing an antireflection film in which a hard coat layer is laminated directly on a film substrate or via another layer, and further a low refractive index layer is laminated on the hard coat layer, wherein the hard coat layer comprises fluorine-siloxane. Low refractive index layer containing at least one kind of graft polymer, further having a surface treatment on the surface of the hard coat layer, and having at least one kind of hollow silica-based particles having an outer shell layer and porous or hollow inside.
