A pneumatic tire and rim assembly is provided that improves run-flat durability while reducing the mass of the tire. In an assembly of a rim and a pneumatic tire capable of run-flat running in which an air bag 2 made of an annular film body is inserted inside a pneumatic tire 1 mounted on a rim R, at least one of the film bodies is provided. The part was comprised with the sealing layer 3 which consists of a thermoplastic elastomer composition which blended the elastomer in the thermoplastic resin or the thermoplastic resin.
