abstract 【Task】 It is an object of the present invention to provide a scroll fluid machine that quickly adjusts a back pressure to an appropriate value side when a back pressure is high with respect to a turning press auxiliary member and an auxiliary member seal that are countermeasures when the back pressure is low. And [Solution] A scroll fluid mechanism according to the present invention includes a fixed scroll member, a orbiting scroll member that forms a compression chamber in cooperation with the fixed scroll member, a back pressure chamber, and a back pressure control means that controls the pressure of the back pressure chamber. An orbiting scroll auxiliary member provided opposite to the orbiting scroll member and movable in the axial direction, and an auxiliary member rear chamber located on the opposite side of the orbiting scroll member to the discharge pressing pressure. And an auxiliary member seal that shuts off the auxiliary member back chamber and the back pressure chamber, moves in the axial direction, and presses the orbiting pressing auxiliary member toward the orbiting scroll member by the discharge pressure in the auxiliary member back chamber. The member seal has an opening that communicates the back pressure chamber and the auxiliary member back chamber. [Selection] Figure 10
