Disclosed are compounds of formula (I) and (II) and methods for their identification, methods for their preparation, pharmaceutical compositions containing them, and their use in the treatment of diseases. The compound inhibits the production of TNF-α and interleukin (IL) by inhibiting p38 kinase. They are useful for the treatment of inflammation and arthritis. |
